The person who would like to  benefit from this service must have  a disability card as well as a free or  reduced‐price medical treatment  card.

• A written request on behalf of  the Minister of Social Affairs 
• A copy of identity card  Certificate of professional  qualification 
• A certificate of disposal  place 
• validity certificate of place
• Cost estimate 

1. Submitting file to the local  social promotion  unit, the  closest territorially to the  applicant (home)
2. Submitting file to the attention  of the Regional Commission  for  Persons with Disabilities of the  Department of Social  Promotion located in each  governorate
3. The request must be answered  within 45 days from the date of  submitted file 

• More than one disabled person in  the same family can benefit from a  source of income 
• The beneficiary can ask for  additional support to improve the  project
