Creation of sources of income by allocating financial subsidies to persons belonging to needy families. This service aims to support the most disadvantaged and encourage them to launch projects in different sectors to ensure their professional integration. The Ministry's intervention takes the form of the allocation of financial and material resources (devices facilitating integration) to the beneficiaries of the services.

Grant conditions /Legal framework
Granting conditions:
- Belong to a poor family benefiting from the social security program
- The ability of the head of the family or one of its members to work Applicant's age is not less than 18 years
