School and university return assistance  aims to financially support poor and low‐ income families during the period of  school and university return and to  ensure a financial transfer of 50 dinars for  each child attending school (at the basic,  preparatory and secondary levels,  training professional, training) and 120  dinars per student (all levels of study) to  cover expenses and costs for returning to  school and university 

* The school and university scholarship is  paid once a year before returning to  school and university

Granting conditions:

• the family either benefits from the services of the “Amen Social” program or is eligible and complies with the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Government decree No. 317 of May 19, 2020 relating to the setting of the conditions and procedures for benefiting from the “Amen Social” program, its withdrawal and contestation, and the requirements of Circular No. 19 relating to aid and circumstantial assistance under the program social action in schools.
