Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs dated February 27, 1995, concerning the establishment of an advisory committee for the implementation of social security systems at the level of the General Administration of Social Security, tasked with reviewing and providing opinions on all issues related to the application of social security systems.

The file is deposited at the ministry's registry office, and a response will be provided within a maximum period of two months.

Procedures

  1. Formal acceptance of the file
  2. Preparation of the agenda for the advisory committee on the implementation of social security systems
  3. Issuing invitations to the meeting for representatives from the National Social Security Fund, the National Retirement Fund, Social Hygiene, the General Labour Directorate, and the Labour Inspection Directorate, as well as the Citizen Relations Office
  4. Preparation of the minutes of the meeting of the advisory committee on the implementation of social security systems
  5. Sending correspondence to the National Social Security Fund, the National Retirement Fund, and Social Hygiene
  6. The committee makes its decision to accept or reject the request after reviewing the file
  7. Sending correspondence to the individuals who have submitted requests to inform them of the committee's decisions.
