Social Affairs Minister Malek Zahi underlined at his meeting Sunday November 07, 2022 in Algiers with Algeria's Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Youcef Cherfa, keenness to implement the various agreements signed between Tunisia and Algeria to serve the interests of the two peoples and the need to increase meetings between the two countries' officials to make the most of pilot experiences.
He also pointed out the importance of his visit to Algeria, which is part of efforts to foster the privileged bilateral cooperation relations, notably in the social field.
This visit is an opportunity to familiarise with Algeria's experience in the social welfare field, the "Chifa" e-card and the mechanisms of unemployment allowance, he said.
Youcef Chera underscored for his part, the depth of fraternal relations binding the two countries and the need to further boost cooperation in the labour, employment, health and occupational safety fields. (TAP)
