Minister of Social Affairs Malek Ezzahi chaired work of the committee in charge of amending the subcontracting provisions of the Labour Code at the ministry's headquarters on Thursday and reviewed the final version of the draft amendment.
The meeting was held in response to instructions f President Kais Saied, to speed up the drafting of a bill to amend the Labour Code and put an end to subcontracting.
